About
As a UX researcher, I've found that workflows are often unnecessarily cumbersome. I'm talking about all those hours and days wasted copying and pasting the same content from one format to another, printing and carrying tons of paper session guides, and digitizing handwritten notes. This is not only a hassle but also prone to errors. This time could and should have been spent much more productively on the actual work we're meant to be doing: preparing and conducting studies, analyzing and presenting results. So, in a team of two we have developed a software that can produce session guides in different formats by entering content just once (UX-Master), digitize notes (UX-Interview), and save the data in a database making it accessible across projects. In the future, it will also be able to analyze data and prepare results presentations. This saves time, money, intellectual resources, and, last but not least, paper.
